NURSERY MANAGER

Covebay, Aberdeen

At present we are looking to recruit a New Manager. As the Nursery Manager, you will be expected to provide high quality, flexible childcare for families from the local communities, by overseeing the operation of the day nursery to the highest standards, ensuring that the best possible environment and care are provided for young children and by delivering outstanding financial performance in line with agreed budgets.  You will be responsible for the day to day management, staffing, organisation and smooth running of  the Nursery ensuring that all activities meet the ethos of Bertram’s Charter for Excellence and to create a welcoming and family friendly environment.

This is a fantastic role which requires someone who is able to motivate and inspire the staff team.  You will be passionate about all aspects of the service delivered within the nursery, and you will have Good Time Management skills, excellent communication & strong people management skills with an excellent commercial focus to understand both the needs of the nursery and the needs of the business.
