Located in a fabulous building in the beautiful town of Banchory, Celtic Cross Nursery has ample parking for drop off and pick up and can provide storage space for buggies, bikes and trikes.
Inside the nursery is divided into four dedicated departments for the Ducklings: 0-18 months, Robins: 18 months – 3 years, Puffins: 3-4 years and Owls: 4-5 years. Each department is carefully designed and has a varied and plentiful range of resources and equipment. There are substantial gardens offering the opportunity for outdoor learning across all areas of the curriculum.
Children attending the nursery are cared for by a team of caring and committed childcare practitioners with a range of skills, qualifications and experience. Staff value each child as an individual and plan learning opportunities to enable them to grow and flourish. There is a genuine sense of partnership between the staff team and the children and families using the nursery.
A strong emphasis is placed on developing lifelong learning skills and children are encouraged to be active participants in the planning process.

Celtic Cross operates in partnership with Aberdeenshire Council to offer funded pre-school education sessions.
