· All fees are required to be paid by Standing Order on the first day of each month. As the nursery is closed for 10 days during the year, fees are payable over 50 of 52 weeks this year in 12 monthly instalments.

· Invoices for extra sessions are raised monthly and should be paid within 14 days of invoice. Invoices are levied based on sessions booked rather than sessions attended.

· Funded sessions may be applied for to begin the term following the child’s 3^rd birthday.

· Funded sessions are available for 38 weeks per annum.

· Parents are responsible for payment of any additional hours not covered by the funding.

· Where a child changes sessions part way through the year, a balancing invoice will be raised and a new Standing Order issued.

· Arrears are not collected via standing order.

· Sibling discount: A discount of 5% is available for the older sibling where both siblings attend the same sessions.

· Where monthly fees are not paid by Standing Order, the above fees are increased by 5%.
