Happitots Day Nursery is conveniently located in the very heart of Cumbernauld town centre, the nursery is situated on the 3rd floor of the shopping centre directly across from the library. There is ample parking for drop off and pick up and public transport is accessible from the ground floor of the centre.
Inside the nursery the playrooms are bright, spacious and attractive and are equipped with a range of quality toys and furnishings.
Happitots is unique in that it has a wonderful roof top garden play area allowing children direct access to fresh air and outdoor fun throughout the day. Staff and children also make excellent use of local facilities including regular visits to the neighbouring library.
The nursery has operated from its current base in the town centre for well over a decade and many of the original staff team remain in post today. Testament to the warm, friendly atmosphere and high quality standards are the many families who return to the nursery with younger siblings and often recommend the service to family and friends.
The nursery is a recognised Investor in People and an ECO schools centre.
Happitots operates in partnership with North Lanarkshire Council to offer funded pre-school education sessions.
The nursery is open Monday to Friday all year round offering the following sessions:
Full Day Session: 8am to 6 pm
Morning Session: 8am to 1pm
Afternoon Session: 1pm to 6pm
Early drop off is available from 7a.m. and care can be provided until 7p.m. with prior arrangement.
