Holyrood Nursery is located in the prestigious Princes Dock development next door to Mal Maison Hotel and neighbouring many prime businesses, luxury apartments and the new cruise liner facility. There is dedicated parent parking available for drop off and collection of children, adjacent all day parking facilities and easy access on foot into the city centre which is only a few minutes walking distance.
The nursery benefits from state of the art facilities encompassed within a bright, spacious and well designed learning environment. There is a generously equipped outdoor play area and excellent use is made of the fabulous amenities offered by the proximity to the city centre.
Children will be cared for by a team of passionate and committed staff members who follow the Early Years Foundation Stage guidelines in planning learning opportunities to meet each child’s individual needs.
Holyrood Nursery is a treasure trove of excitement and fun specially designed for children from birth to five years of age. Children attending the nursery will enjoy a wide range of learning opportunities delivered in a fun, friendly and caring environment. A strong emphasis is placed on quality of care and early year’s education. Management and staff value and respect children as individuals and will work closely with parents to ensure every family’s experience at the nursery is a happy one.
Further to this the team at Holyrood recognise that the time working parents get to spend with their children is precious and therefore do everything in their power to ensure that time is extra special. Time saving services available from the site include:
- dry cleaning and ironing drop off and collection
- delivery acceptance services
- on site children’s hairdressing services

The nursery is a recognised Investor in People and an ECO schools centre.
Opening hours are Monday to Friday all year round from 7.30a.m. to 6.30p.m. The nursery will be closed on the 25th and 26th December and on the 1st of January.
